Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by Google Pay, Visa Card, Credit Card.
What currencies do you sell in?
Made by Hand operates in two currencies: DKK and EUR. Orders placed within Denmark will be charged in DKK, and all other countries will be charged in EUR.
Made by Hand is not responsible for currency changes. The exchange rate displayed on your credit card statement is determined by your bank.
How can I apply a discount code?
You will be able to apply your discount code at Check out.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or additional discounts. The codes are subject to expiration and are only applicable within the set date range. Discount codes can therefore not be applied to future or past orders that fall outside of the voucher’s valid dates.
Can I cancel or adjust my order?
If you require adjustments or wish to cancel your order, kindly send an email promptly to info@madebyhand.dk with your request. Once orders have been shipped, we are unfortunately not able to make amendments, but we always do our best to accommodate whenever it is possible.
Which countries do you ship to?
Made by Hand offers worldwide shipping to most countries. If you cannot check out due to shipping limitations, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to organize shipping for you.
What is the status of my order?
Once the order has been placed, Made by Hand will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once the package has been sent. Please note that once packages are shipped, rerouting is not possible. Therefore, it's crucial to ensure the accuracy of your shipping details and personal information during checkout.
If you order to a Danish address and your package is under 10kg it will be delivered to the nearest pakkeshop. If you'd like to specifically request home delivery, please contact info@madebyhand.dk.
What are the shipping times?
Please be aware that the specified timeframes pertain to items currently in stock. For items made to order or available for pre-order, different shipping timeframes are outlined on the product page. We do not guarantee that all the items available at Made by Hand are in stock at the time of your order. Should any items in your order be out of stock, we will promptly contact you via phone or email.
The standard processing time for all items is 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This processing time does not include the shipping timeframes provided below and is subject to change without notice. Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may not account for shipping delays. Occasionally, shipments may take longer, particularly for oversized or specialty items.

Made by Hand reserves the right to select the most suitable shipment method for your package, which may occasionally result in longer shipment times. In such cases, you will be promptly notified.
Please note that Made by Hand reserves the right to cancel and fully refund orders with free shipping outside the EU if shipping costs exceed the average shipping value.
What are the shipping costs?
Europe: Orders above 150 € qualify for free shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply to some larger items. For orders under 150 €, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Great Britain, Switzerland, and Norway are considered outside of the EU.
US: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of the items in your order. For larger items, an additional shipping fee may be added. Upon entering your shipping address, you will be prompted to move to the shipping window where your checkout total will update with the appropriate shipping rate.
Rest of the world: The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, depending on the size and weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination. Upon entering your shipping address, you will be prompted to move to the shipping window where your checkout total will update with the appropriate shipping rate.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
For countries within the European Union (EU), prices displayed include Danish VAT at 25%.
If you are a B2B customer who requires invoicing and ex VAT pricing, you must apply to be a B2B customer. We are unable to provide VAT-exempt pricing and formal invoicing after the order has been placed.
What is your return, refund and exchange policy?
Within the 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a return and refund of regular price items. For more information, please visit our Returns & Exchange page.
What are you customer support opening hours?
Customer care service is open from Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 16:00. We aim to reply to all inquiries within 1-2 business days.
